About the Role

Join the team at Grand Hyatt Dubai as a Junior Graphic Designer where you will play a vital part in crafting engaging marketing visuals that uphold the brand's prestigious identity. This role demands a creative individual eager to produce compelling artworks across various formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design diverse marketing assets such as advertisements, promotional collateral, banners, roll-ups, posters, presentations, and event branding materials.
• Develop high-quality photographic and videographic content tailored for marketing activities.
• Create visual designs for social media channels and print media publications.
• Ensure strict adherence to Grand Hyatt's brand guidelines in every design output.
• Handle multiple design assignments simultaneously and meet all scheduled deadlines.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to produce refined artworks.
• Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing and Food & Beverage teams to visually support various campaigns and initiatives.
• Maintain and update company profiles, portfolios, and branded assets.
• Offer support to the marketing department in daily operational activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in graphic design roles.
• Competency in creating professional photo and video marketing content.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or equivalent design software.
• Keen attention to detail with a solid grasp of visual composition principles.
• Capability to juggle several projects while respecting deadlines.
• Comprehensive understanding of branding with consistent application across all work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, demonstrating a cooperative work ethic.
