Role Summary
The Spa Manager will lead and oversee all daily operations of the spa at Narcissus Hotel and Residence in Jeddah. This full-time, on-site position involves ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere, maintaining uniform service quality, and upholding the brand’s standards. Key responsibilities include managing team schedules, performance, and training; coordinating treatments and spa facility usage; supervising inventory levels, equipment upkeep, and hygiene practices, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct spa team supervision, including staff scheduling and workflow management to optimize daily operations.
- Coordinate treatments and manage guest flow efficiently within spa facilities.
- Maintain equipment and spa inventory; enforce hygiene and health and safety standards.
- Design and implement spa promotions in partnership with marketing and sales teams to enhance revenue.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and track key performance indicators.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, resolve service-related issues promptly, and promote continual service improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in spa operations management with experience in supervising staff and managing workflows.
- Proven background in hospitality guest service with a focus on handling customer feedback in luxury or upscale environments.
- Sound knowledge of spa treatments, wellness principles, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Competence in budget management, financial monitoring, and ability to support business growth through service excellence and promotions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of cross-department collaboration.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and consistent quality delivery.
- Saudi national with fluency in Arabic and good proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
- Prior experience managing spa or wellness facilities, preferably in hotel or resort contexts.
- Relevant educational credential such as a diploma or degree in hospitality, business management, or wellness-related disciplines is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
