About the Role

This position offers a fantastic chance for motivated individuals to join the multi-award-winning Oceo Spa as a Spa Cleaner. Previous experience in a similar role within hotel environments is preferred but not required since comprehensive training will be provided.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a Spa Cleaner in a hotel setting is beneficial but not mandatory due to full training availability.
• Availability to work varied shifts including mid-week and weekends.
• Possess a friendly and professional demeanor, with strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards.

Main Duties

• Regularly service guest areas ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the Spa facilities.
• Communicate any maintenance needs effectively to the Facilities Team.
• Respond professionally and promptly to guest requests.
• Complete all required checklists thoroughly.
• Adhere to the Resort's policies for managing lost property securely and properly.
• Perform any additional assignments as applicable within the scope of the role.
