Sourcing Specialist

About the Role

EZSpace Ventures is seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. This full-time role based in Kochi, Kerala or Bengaluru, Karnataka requires a committed individual with 2 to 8 years of professional experience in sourcing and recruiting across multiple industries. The specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, adeptly managing candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining updated recruitment databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates via platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
• Evaluate resumes and perform initial human resource interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Arrange interviews facilitating seamless coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment trackers and databases effectively.
• Publish job postings and oversee job advertisement processes.
• Communicate continuously with candidates to ensure smooth progression through the hiring stages.
• Develop a robust pipeline of talented candidates to meet ongoing hiring demands.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing and onboarding phases.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any field of study.
• Between 1 to 6 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency with Naukri Resdex and Nvite platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to manage recruitment activities for multiple openings concurrently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Preferred Additional Skills

• Expertise in Boolean search techniques for advanced candidate sourcing.
• Experience in managing and nurturing candidate relationships.
• Outstanding negotiation and coordination capabilities.
• A results-driven and self-directed work ethic.

Work Location and Type

This position is full-time and based onsite at either Edappally, Kochi in Kerala or HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
