Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Support the development and continual enhancement of a robust, financially viable wine program that excites and engages restaurant patrons
- Implement strategies to boost wine sales and optimize cost efficiency across both restaurant and retail platforms
- Deliver exceptional wine service tailored to guests' taste preferences and budgets, creating personalized wine profiles for repeat guests
- Provide expert advice to guests on wine purchases, collection curation, and wine-related lifestyle topics
- Assist in managing purchasing, inventory control, maintenance, and reporting for wine and beverage supplies
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with wine suppliers to secure high-quality products at competitive prices
