Role Overview
As a Founding Solutions Engineer for the APAC region, you will engage directly with global enterprise customers and collaborate across departments to pinpoint and resolve complex technical challenges. You will lead technical discussions and design high-impact solutions tailored specifically to client requirements. Working closely with our sales team, you will represent Fonoa’s strengths and ensure successful solution deployment that benefits our customers and company alike.
Our Products and Resources
Our product suite includes APIs and user interfaces that streamline tax automation workflows for internet companies. Key modules are Lookup, Tax, Returns, Data Sharing, and E-Invoicing, with plans to extend coverage to additional services. Comprehensive API documentation is available for self-guided learning about integration endpoints and technical features.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to convey Fonoa's value, vision, and strategy to clients.
- Develop and present product and technical demos to both prospective and existing customers.
- Qualify sales leads through technical discovery based on customer needs and issues.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Fonoa’s APIs, influence product improvements, and help shape the product roadmap.
- Lead technical conversations, addressing client questions and advising on features and integrations.
- Manage technical scoping, perform gap analyses, and draft implementation plans.
- Identify and advocate for internal process enhancements and innovative approaches.
- Support customers in resolving technical challenges as needed.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and methodical execution in delivering solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, as communication is primarily in English.
- Possess a strong sense of ownership focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Have a technical mindset with enthusiasm for ongoing technical growth.
- Comfortable addressing complex problem domains, including tax technology challenges.
