Role Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer with over four years of experience to join our expanding Solutions Engineering team, supporting substantial enterprise growth. In this role, you will work closely with Sales teams to lead technical engagements with major global enterprises, functioning as the key technical liaison between the platform and customers. Your duties will include designing and delivering high-impact solutions to address complex operational and compliance challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to conduct technical discovery sessions, define scopes, and design solution architectures for prospective enterprise clients.
• Develop and present engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored for both new and current customers.
• Lead technical conversations focusing on API integrations, identifying gaps, and strategizing implementation plans.
• Gain deep expertise in the company’s API suite and actively advocate for enhancements to the product.
• Offer technical support to customers and ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to the implementation phase.

Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar client-facing technical positions.
• Proficient with RESTful APIs, JSON data formats, API documentation, and SQL querying.
• Skilled in leading technical discovery processes and translating client needs into robust solution designs.
• Capable of communicating intricate technical ideas clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Comfortable collaborating across different departments including Sales, Product Management, and Implementation teams.

Compensation and Benefits

• London-based employees: Base salary ranging from €100,000 to €130,000 with On Target Earnings (OTE) between €130,000 and €180,000.
• New York-based employees: Base salary ranging from $180,000 to $230,000 with OTE from $240,000 to $320,000.

Additional Details

This position is a full-time, hybrid role, based either in London or New York. London team members are expected to work onsite twice weekly. Expectations for New York-based team members may vary depending on the team.
