Role Overview

The Solutions Consulting team operates at the crossroads of sales, account management, software development, and marketing. As a Solutions Consultant, you will deliver technical solutions supporting small to medium publishers. Responsibilities include providing technical assistance, managing publisher accounts, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical support to small/mid-size publishers for account management, ongoing troubleshooting, and configuration updates.
• Help onboard new publishers, ensuring they integrate successfully and optimize using the publisher journey workflow.
• Manage daily tasks using tools like Salesforce ticketing, documenting progress and client interactions.
• Gain expertise in internal and external systems such as Index's UI support portal, Confluence, Looker business intelligence tools, and other relevant technologies.
• Communicate effectively with clients through email, Salesforce tickets, and video meetings. Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews as requested, giving technical input and supporting client relationships.
• Stay current on product releases and operational procedures via internal training programs.
• Contribute to creating and updating internal documentation with best practices and lessons learned.

Requirements

• College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of three years' experience in Ad Operations, Solutions Consulting, or equivalent technical roles.
• Familiarity with advertising technologies including ad tags, pixels, and HTTP protocols.
• Ability to write and interpret basic SQL queries.
• Basic JavaScript knowledge for troubleshooting and light coding tasks.
• Understanding of JSON, XML, CSV, and CSS formats.
• Experience with STV (Streaming TV), including ad podding and streaming ecosystem knowledge, is advantageous.
