Solutions Architect

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Solutions Architect to conceive and implement scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions for enterprise environments. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering groups to establish architecture strategies, drive technological modernization, and oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of operational workflows and document management technologies utilizing both established industry tools and emerging agentic solutions.
• Create solution designs that accurately reflect the business vision while ensuring reliability as capabilities and user numbers grow.
• Work collaboratively with delivery teams to continually develop and refine the technical roadmap for products.
• Safeguard technology adoption by integrating traditional security best practices and addressing new threat landscapes to protect clients and the organization.
• Develop strong relationships with product owners and delivery leads to fully grasp business requirements and devise innovative solutions.
• Evaluate various options to fulfill business needs while adhering to strict safety and performance criteria.
• Present architecture proposals to business partners and governance bodies for critique and approval.
• Offer technical leadership during all phases of the solution lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years’ experience functioning as an architect or demonstrating robust technical leadership moving toward architectural responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both business and technical teams, complemented by a desire to deepen expertise in operational business domains and relevant supporting technologies.
• Proven capacity to quickly assimilate new technologies and align with evolving business strategies.
• In-depth experience in designing distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Solid understanding of messaging systems and event-driven architecture.
• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Familiarity with agentic Artificial Intelligence architectures, large language model deployment patterns, or frameworks for enterprise AI governance.
• Knowledge of workflow and document management technologies.
• Experience working within financial services or similarly complex and regulated enterprise sectors.
