Role Overview

As a Solutions Architect based in the UAE, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Cohere’s business throughout the UAE and the broader MENA region. Partnering with account executives, partners, and leadership, you will showcase our technology’s value through direct engagement with enterprise and government clients like STC.

The role merges technical expertise, customer engagement, and AI transformation leadership. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, lead customer pilots to demonstrate AI impact, and collaborate across teams to tailor solutions meeting customer goals. Gathering and conveying customer feedback to improve our products will be vital.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions during customer engagements.
• Architect enterprise AI solutions suited for Cohere deployments.
• Conduct in-depth technical sessions addressing customer questions regarding Cohere’s technologies.
• Coordinate and manage customer trials and pilot programs.
• Create scalable processes that enhance the solutions architect function and related teams.
• Work with Product and Engineering to align offerings with client requirements.
• Develop strategic partnerships to empower and accelerate partner customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Digital Strategy Consultant.
• Strong interest and knowledge in Generative AI, especially strengths and limitations of large language models and AI technologies.
• Understanding of core machine learning principles like training and evaluation.
• Exceptional communication skills, adaptable for both executive and technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, evolving environments and introduce impactful processes.
• Proficiency with Python and assistive coding tools.
• Preferred experience: 2+ years architecting, deploying, or consulting on NLP, AI, or LLM solutions.
• Fluent native-level Arabic required.
• Based in Dubai, UAE is mandatory.
