Solutions Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to collaborate with sales teams to achieve technical wins. This role blends in-depth product expertise with consultative selling, converting customer needs into solutions architectures that help secure deals and enable effective deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives during technical discovery and qualification phases.
• Design customized solution architectures based on customer environments and specific use cases.
• Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and client workshops.
• Respond to requests for proposals, security questionnaires, and architecture evaluations.
• Work closely with Customer Success teams for seamless handover to deployment stages.
• Provide feedback on product features to development and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least five years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical presales roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud platforms, integration methods, and APIs.
• Proven ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering and IT decision-makers.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with capacity to engage executives.
• Hands-on expertise with at least one leading cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience managing RFPs, security assessments, and creating architecture documentation.
