Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions. This strategic role serves as the bridge between business objectives and technical execution, working closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients, especially within the public sector. The role involves architecting end-to-end solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive solutions across applications, data, and infrastructure layers.
• Convert business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-efficient technical designs.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and engineers to align solutions with needs.
• Lead technical solution development during both pre-sales and delivery stages.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, governance, and industry best practices.
• Offer technical leadership and direction to development and cloud teams.
• Assess and recommend suitable technologies, platforms, and tools.
• Drive integration strategies spanning multiple systems and platforms.
• Guarantee solutions meet security, regulatory, and compliance standards, especially for public sector initiatives.
• Support proposal writing, bid responses, and client presentations as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 10 years of IT experience, with significant solution architecture expertise.
• Proven track record in designing comprehensive enterprise solutions.
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with modern architectures including microservices, APIs, and event-driven designs.
• Understanding of full-stack development concepts and system integration techniques.
• Ability to operate across infrastructure, application, and data architecture domains.
• Deep knowledge of security, scalability, and performance optimization principles.
• Experience engaging with public sector clients is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with government compliance frameworks and procurement procedures.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication.
• Background in pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting environments.
