Role Overview
The Solution Development Consultant is a senior expert specializing in solution consulting and digital transformation. This role involves analyzing complex business problems faced by customers and devising innovative, scalable, secure, and commercially feasible digital platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a pivotal link between customers, sales, product management, architecture, engineering, and delivery teams.
- Lead development of solutions from initial opportunity shaping and customer exploration to proposal creation, design, and handoff to delivery teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to high-level customer stakeholders to ensure solutions provide measurable business benefits.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with company product and technology strategies, while fulfilling functional, technical, commercial, security, and scalability requirements.
