Serving government, enterprises, and growing businesses, we focus on delivering substantial outcomes for our clients, communities, and teams.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our D365 Finance & Supply Chain ERP practice within the AI Business Solutions team. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aimed at modernizing, optimizing, and transforming finance and supply chain operations including manufacturing, advanced warehousing, and core financial processes. Collaborating with both public and private sector clients across diverse industries, you will create solutions that enhance business outcomes, operational control, and sustainable value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions, presales workshops, and consultations to analyze business operations, identify challenges, and define strategic goals.
  • Design comprehensive solution architectures encompassing Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, including integrations, data handling, security, reporting, and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop solution alternatives, estimates, Statements of Work, proposals, Rough Order of Magnitude documents, and high-level designs that balance technical robustness and commercial viability.
  • Advise clients on fit-to-standard methodologies, solution governance, implementation roadmaps, and optimal application of Microsoft technologies.
  • Manage the solution and commercial components for bids, proposals, and RFPs focused on Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, technical architects, developers, data experts, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Support architecture oversight during project execution by guiding design choices, managing risks, dependencies, and scope.
  • Contribute to team growth through mentoring, creating reusable assets, thought leadership, and identifying new business opportunities.

Required Experience

  • Extensive experience creating and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions in complex enterprise settings.
  • In-depth understanding of core finance and supply chain functions such as financial management, procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, asset management, or project operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead discovery, fit-to-standard, and solution design workshops with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 and wider Microsoft technology ecosystem including Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure integration, reporting, security, and data migration.
  • Proven experience preparing estimates, ROMs, Statements of Work, proposals, architectural artifacts, and high-level designs for mid to large enterprise clients.
  • Commercial insight with the competence to define and price implementation, enhancement, and advisory services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, adept at explaining complex ideas to varied audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Power Platform, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft’s Success by Design methodology and architectural review practices.
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 implementation approaches, application lifecycle management, and One Version release strategy.
  • Background working within intricate commercial contracts, enterprise-wide transformations, or multidisciplinary bid teams.
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft business applications like Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Commerce, HR, or Business Central.
