Solar Panel Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Solar Square Energy Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Solar Panel Maintenance Technician based in Pune, Maharashtra. This full-time role involves entirely field-based duties to service and maintain solar panels at various customer locations.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 for freshers, along with an additional petrol allowance to support travel requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to fresh graduates and individuals new to the industry.
• Possession of a bike is compulsory for daily site visitations.
• A valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer premises to perform servicing and routine maintenance of solar panels.
• Clean solar panels regularly to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Detect and fix basic maintenance and repair issues on-site.
• Conduct inspections of solar power systems and report any technical faults encountered.
• Verify adequate operation of solar panels following service activities.
• Communicate with the service team for support with extensive repair needs.
• Adhere strictly to company-mandated safety protocols while working on field locations.
• Maintain accurate records of service operations and update job status promptly.
