About the Role
DexQbit Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Software Tester with over one year of experience who is eager to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. This position values a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards learning and development in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Execute manual testing procedures including regression and smoke tests to identify defects and ensure software reliability.
- Apply strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) principles throughout the testing process.
- Employ analytical and problem-solving abilities to thoroughly evaluate software functionalities.
- Communicate effectively with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements.
- Demonstrate a growth-oriented mindset and readiness to adopt new techniques and tools.
- Automation testing experience will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Required Qualifications and Traits
- A minimum of one year of experience in software testing.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in testing activities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for problem identification and resolution.
