Software Implementation Specialist – Xempus Enterprise (m/w/d)

Position Overview

We are expanding our team and looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to support the deployment and ongoing enhancement of our broker management software, Xempus Enterprise. You will collaborate closely with our internal departments and our software provider to ensure successful implementation and evolution of this platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the customized implementation of Xempus Enterprise alongside your team.
• Serve as a liaison between our professional departments and Xempus Deutschland GmbH.
• Gather and analyze professional and process-related requirements to design and evaluate possible solution options based on Xempus's existing configuration capabilities.
• Prepare detailed requirement specifications for further development or enhancements of Xempus when necessary.
• Conduct structured and targeted testing of implemented processes prior to go-live and develop documentation to facilitate understanding and traceability.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed training as an insurance clerk, insurance specialist, or similar qualification.
• Experience and knowledge in occupational pension schemes (bAV).
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to develop pragmatic solutions for complex issues.
• High level of initiative and willingness to deeply engage with the complexity of Xempus Enterprise and establish generic processes for a broad client base.
• Team-oriented mindset; motivated, helpful, and eager to collaborate to achieve shared goals.
• Proficient in German with good command of English.
