Operating at the intersection of capital investment and cutting-edge tech innovation, the firm has built a proprietary system for sourcing and evaluating startups.
Role Overview
This role is focused on owning and expanding the internal technology platform that powers the firm’s venture capital investments, ranging from data infrastructure to AI-powered tools. You will be working from the Munich office, engaging in a full-time hybrid work setup as a crucial part of the engineering task force. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage agentic systems that influence how D11Z. Ventures identifies and supports Europe's leading founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core data infrastructure, including managing databases and integrating with various APIs.
- Enhance the AI-driven pipeline responsible for deal sourcing to improve its efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create internal AI agents to streamline and accelerate the investment process for the team.
- Design and implement automation solutions to optimize fund management workflows.
Candidate Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience working in dynamic, high-growth environments such as startups, scale-ups, or venture capital settings.
- Strong command of Python programming and SQL for database management and data operations.
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English languages.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and a builder’s mindset.

Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
