About SoundEye
SoundEye is a social enterprise startup originating from a researcher at the Agency of Science, Technology, and Research (A*STAR). Dedicated to harnessing technology for societal benefit, SoundEye's solutions are currently implemented in airports, shopping malls, elderly care facilities, orphanages, and destitute homes. The company is actively expanding its footprint to Japan, Australia, China, and Thailand.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the backend system that integrates with all SoundEye devices.
- Engage with AWS IoT Core services including device provisioning and utilize MQTT protocol as the communication framework for publish/subscribe messaging.
- Apply expertise in Python or C programming to develop and troubleshoot backend services.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, and TLS for system integration and security.
