Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineer L1 to join our product R&D department within the technology division. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop, enhance, and support software products. The position offers opportunities to work alongside skilled professionals, engage with modern technology stacks, and develop across the entire software development lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with product owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine software requirements.
- Collaborate with UX designers and solution architects to plan and deliver development tasks by creating user stories.
- Design and maintain data models, repositories, and reusable APIs leveraging REST and GraphQL technologies.
- Develop algorithms and software that fulfill business needs.
- Integrate and manage data from diverse sources, including IoT devices.
- Create unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Coordinate with QA teams to thoroughly test new software features and minimize regressions.
- Document technical aspects such as solution designs, test specifications, and deployment procedures.
- Assist with software releases and contribute to third-line technical support when necessary.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft .NET framework, especially C# development.
- Familiarity with SQL Server or similar relational database systems.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or equivalent.
- Practical knowledge in developing and testing APIs including GraphQL technologies.
- Understanding of API security protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, OWASP, or NGINX.
- Experience with web technologies including TypeScript and React.
- Hands-on with ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
- Comprehensive awareness of the software development lifecycle methodologies.
