Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent engineering solutions for large-scale recommendation systems, delivering standardized, productized tools to boost research and development efficiency and quality.
• Create AI Agent-based development workflow platforms, including long-running agents, autonomous task execution, engineering copilots, and intelligent automation tools to enhance system stability, operational effectiveness, and cost efficiencies throughout the software lifecycle.
• Develop business metric-driven gray release systems to guarantee safe, stable, and efficient release methodologies.
• Improve system observability for recommendation systems operating in complex global contexts involving multiple regions, data centers, and languages; build comprehensive tracing systems and refine issue attribution processes.
• Construct algorithm engineering toolchains to accelerate the transition from experimental algorithm/model creation to production deployment, enhancing iteration speed and delivery standards.
• Revamp platform ecosystem architectures and build data intelligence assistants to enable smarter operational management, faster problem resolution, and more scalable engineering strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Completion or imminent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Development, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient programming skills in at least one of these languages: C, C++, Java, or Golang.
• Strong grasp of software engineering principles including system design, algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, or backend development.
• Effective communication abilities combined with strong ownership and capacity to work autonomously in ambiguous technical settings.
• Keen interest in AI Agent technologies, engineering automation, developer productivity enhancements, or infrastructure platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adaptable quick learner with high self-motivation, product ownership, and creative problem-solving aptitude.
• Collaborative team player comfortable in fast-paced, culturally diverse, globally dispersed teams.
• Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks, large language model applications, workflow automation, observability tools, release management platforms, or developer tools is advantageous.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems, recommendation engines, data processing pipelines, or cloud-native infrastructures is a plus.
