About the Role and Company

With nearly a decade of expertise as a leading AI data foundry, we empower innovations in generative AI, autonomous vehicles, and defense technologies. Supported by a major investment from Meta, we are expanding our cutting-edge work on post-training algorithms that enhance the capabilities of complex AI agents used by enterprises worldwide.
As part of our Enterprise Machine Learning Research Lab focused on the Data Foundation team, you'll engage in pioneering research and development of tools and methodologies that build a dynamic data ecosystem powering AI advancements. Your work will center on synthetic environments, agent creation for trace analytics, and enhancing an innovative framework for progressively developing agents through evaluation techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop pipelines that generate synthetic data to simulate enterprise environments for reinforcement learning post-training.
- Design agents that convert live production traces into meaningful insights to facilitate agent improvement.
- Contribute to an agent-building product leveraging coding-based agents alongside proprietary algorithms for automated agent creation.
- Train and deploy state-of-the-art models—both internally created and community sourced—to enterprise clients.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least three years of experience working with large language models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in constructing high-quality datasets to enhance LLMs and AI agents.
- Recent (within two years) publications in premier AI conferences like NEURIPS, ICLR, or ICML.
- A Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
Compensation and Benefits
Our comprehensive compensation package includes a competitive base salary, equity options, and a suite of benefits. Salary ranges vary by location and candidate qualifications; for example, in cities such as San Francisco, New York, and Seattle, the base salary spans from $264,800 to $331,000 USD annually. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, learning and development stipends, generous paid time off, and possibly additional perks such as commuter stipends.
