Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer with practical expertise in MuleSoft technologies including Mule 4, Cloudhub, and Cloudhub 2.0. The candidate will engage in API development using a design-first strategy while managing the entire API lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement MuleSoft components effectively and perform DataWeave transformations.
• Handle errors efficiently and manage batch processes.
• Develop robust APIs adhering to secure integration standards.
• Design and oversee API lifecycle management.
• Utilize SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server for query writing, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in CI/CD pipeline activities and automated deployments.
• Monitor integration environments using tools like Splunk, Anypoint Monitoring, and Cloudhub Insights.
• Troubleshoot complex integration challenges with strong analytical skills.
• Communicate clearly within team settings both verbally and in writing.

Requirements and Skills

• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft platforms particularly Mule 4 and Cloudhub solutions.
• Proficient understanding of MuleSoft components and DataWeave scripting.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server query optimization.
• Sound knowledge of API design, integration security protocols, and governance.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git versioning, and automated deployment pipelines considered advantageous.
• Experience with monitoring and logging utilities such as Splunk and Anypoint Monitoring.
