Role Overview
We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer with strong frontend expertise who is eager to learn and apply our technology stack and frameworks. In this role, you will work within agile development teams that practice cutting-edge methodologies such as emergent design, infrastructure automation, and continuous delivery. You should be comfortable improving legacy codebases and be enthusiastic about understanding the travel industry's operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional product engineering teams to develop high-quality software that delights our customers.
- Identify and implement enhancements to our processes, practices, and product features in partnership with the team.
- Operate in a "build it and run it" atmosphere where engineering teams own, deploy, monitor, and support their components.
- Engage with contemporary technical practices alongside the engineering team.
- Pursue continuous learning and growth opportunities, sharing knowledge and skills with colleagues.
Essential Contributions
You will have a pivotal role in onboarding and activating new users on our system. Leveraging data-driven analysis, you will support our experimentation framework by developing innovative tactics to improve user acquisition and registration rates on our platform.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in full-stack and front-end development with strong command of Next.js/React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to craft accessible, customer-facing applications with high quality.
- Working proficiency in Python is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of AI technologies and agentic tools, ensuring secure and scalable product integrations, while utilizing AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity independently and for fellow engineers.
- Experience with system infrastructure and platform integration, including incorporating shared platform services into active products and enhancing developer infrastructure such as CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and development environments.
- Familiarity with Design Systems, component-based architecture, and implementing responsive, accessible UI patterns.
