Role Overview

We are seeking an intermediate Software Engineer capable of independently converting business needs into production-quality software while supporting planning efforts. This role includes mentoring junior developers and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new application features and enhance existing codebases for efficiency and robustness
• Maintain high code quality via clean coding practices and peer reviews; ensure services are properly monitored
• Participate in architectural research, system design, and translate decisions into production code
• Diagnose and resolve bugs, understand technical constraints, and implement fixes; participate in production on-call rotations
• Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to refine requirements and meet deadlines
• Provide guidance and technical support to junior developers, fostering team growth

Candidate Qualifications

• Solid foundation in software development principles and computer science
• Proficient in at least one programming language
• Strong knowledge of relational database systems
• Familiarity with non-relational databases
• Practical experience working with cloud infrastructure
