SolveAI bridges the gap between problem understanding and software creation by empowering those closest to business challenges to create production-quality software using plain English descriptions. Our platform integrates seamlessly with existing enterprise infrastructures, delivering secure, compliant, scalable, and maintainable software tailored specifically to the customer's environment.
Unlike popular "vibe coding" consumer-tech approaches, SolveAI tackles core enterprise challenges head-on with a team experienced in complex organizational environments, supported by reputable investors and an ex-Palantir team.
Role Summary
We are looking for passionate Software Engineers to develop various aspects of our product including API development, database interaction, agent management, and scalable infrastructure deployment. This early-stage role offers significant influence to shape both the product and company direction.
Technical Environment
The platform is primarily built using Rust, with gRPC enabling inter-service communication. While prior Rust experience is not mandatory, enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn this technology will be supported.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend systems and APIs.
- Engage in scalable infrastructure deployment and reliability enhancement.
- Contribute broadly across engineering and other areas based on expertise and interests.
- Take ownership and actively influence company and product development.
Qualifications
- Curious, pragmatic engineers passionate about making meaningful impact.

- Experience in backend system development and pragmatic software design is advantageous.
- No prior Rust experience needed; training and support will be provided.
