We are seeking an experienced leader to guide teams of talented software engineers in solving complex global challenges. Team and Products

You will join the Utility Computing (UC) segment, responsible for key AWS foundational services such as Amazon S3 and EC2, alongside new product innovations. AWS Dedicated Cloud (ADC) roles specialize in secure cloud solutions for customers with stringent requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of software, hardware, and network development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and in-production operations.
  • Experience managing engineering teams.
  • Solid engineering background.
  • Proven track record leading design and development of multi-tier web services.
  • Collaboration experience with product and program management teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills for interacting with users, technical peers, and leadership to gather requirements, describe features, technical plans, and product strategies.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and managing software engineering teams to enhance their skills and productivity.
