Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Software Developer to become a key member of our expanding engineering team. This position is based at our Dublin office hub, requiring presence at the workplace at least twice weekly for our Anchor Day. The ideal candidate thrives on crafting innovative solutions, embracing new tech challenges, and making a lasting impact.

Typical Daily Activities

• Collaborate with fellow developers to address complex problems and design elegant solutions tailored for Clio's customers.
• Engage in agile workflows alongside full-stack developers across diverse projects.
• Work with various technologies, continually learning and pushing your limits.
• Participate in multi-national projects involving engineering teams across three countries.
• Review peer code contributions and offer constructive feedback within and beyond your team.

Candidate Profile

• Over two years of professional experience in software development, specifically in building scalable web applications.
• Strong preference for candidates experienced with Ruby on Rails technology.
• Capability to master new technologies swiftly and operate effectively in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with distributed teams and clients.
• Proven track record mentoring software developers, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and experience with large-scale SaaS products and database optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering trusted connections with peers and customers alike.
