Core Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex software projects or programs across multiple streams.
• Oversee teams working in agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders to build trust and ensure alignment.
• Manage governance, status reporting, risk mitigation, budget oversight, and resource allocation.
• Promote continuous improvement and uphold delivery quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Guide teams to maintain focus, organization, and progress toward objectives.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in software or program delivery.
• Proven track record managing large-scale technology projects.
• Solid understanding of contemporary software engineering principles.
• Experience with agile delivery frameworks and adaptability to waterfall when necessary.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience leading hybrid, cross-functional, or multidisciplinary teams.
• Background in consulting or management consulting is highly advantageous.
• Product delivery experience is also valuable.
