About the Role
Action DnA, an 18-year-old training organization, seeks a Soft Skills Trainer for their Ambattur center in Chennai. This full-time role requires candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience in soft skills training, preferably graduates or postgraduates with background as Soft Skills Trainers or English Teachers. Proficiency in English and Tamil languages is essential. Fresh graduates with strong English communication skills may also be considered for the Academic Counsellor and Trainer position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver soft skills training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions that facilitate effective learning retention.
- Perform needs assessments to evaluate participants' current knowledge and identify learning requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness by obtaining participant feedback post-program completion.
- Collaborate with HR managers from corporations, MSMEs, colleges, and schools to tailor and implement training programs.
- Prepare and provide supporting materials such as handouts, workbooks, and presentations.
- Lead training sessions both in person and through online web conferencing tools.
- Oversee the overall administration of the training center and foster team-building activities.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience delivering soft skills training.
- Strong command of the English language and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient presentation skills to effectively engage participants.
- Organizational aptitude and motivational capability to lead and inspire learners.

The offered salary package ranges from INR 20000 to 30000 per month with an annual CTC between 3 to 3.6 lakh. The position demands onsite presence in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
