Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Master of Social Work (MSW) graduate to join our non-governmental organization based in Chennai. This role focuses on providing compassionate services and support to children, elderly individuals, and other vulnerable groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer social and emotional assistance to beneficiaries
- Perform basic counselling and one-on-one interactions
- Keep accurate case records, detailed reports, and necessary documentation
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, caregivers, and allied professionals
- Plan and execute welfare programs and awareness initiatives
- Engage in community outreach and conduct field visits as required
- Oversee and promote the overall welfare of individuals under care
