Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join our team full-time. This position is remote but requires residency in Lagos, Nigeria, with availability for occasional travel and in-person video shoots. You will be a public face of Konnetta, producing engaging videos primarily for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms as well as managing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Appear regularly on camera representing the Konnetta brand
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish captivating short-form videos
• Design and implement social media growth initiatives
• Oversee Instagram, TikTok, and additional social media profiles
• Track and analyze trends, engagement rates, and content effectiveness
• Interact with followers and foster online community growth

Candidate Requirements

• Current resident of Lagos, Nigeria
• Confident and charismatic on camera
• Experience in content creation or managing social media platforms
• Portfolio or active social media profiles showcasing your previous work
• Strong grasp of current Instagram and TikTok trends
• Ability to independently produce high-quality video content including filming and editing
• Possession of an appropriate smartphone and microphone for content production
• Effective communication skills paired with creativity and efficient time management
• Willingness to travel as required by the role
