About the Role

TTM Healthcare is looking to hire a Social Care Manager for a prominent children's residential facility located in County Waterford. This full-time, permanent position involves overseeing the daily operations of the residential center and managing a committed team of Social Care Workers and Social Care Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the residential center effectively.
• Lead and supervise a dedicated workforce of Social Care Workers and Social Care Leaders.

Requirements

• Possess either a Level 8 qualification in Social Care with at least 4 years of experience working with young people in social care, OR a Level 7 qualification in Social Care combined with a relevant management qualification and the same amount of experience.
• Hold a full clean driving license with access to personal transport.
• Demonstrate experience in leadership and the ability to empower team members to succeed.
• Exhibit qualities such as positivity, flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and maturity.
