Role Overview

The Sneaker Maker position focuses on delivering exceptional co-creation services by transforming Golden Goose products into unique personalized items that reflect the customer's identity. This role goes beyond crafting custom sneakers; it aims to inspire clients and build meaningful connections by providing a tailored, empathetic co-creation experience that nurtures long-lasting brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to personalize Golden Goose products using various artistic techniques including drawing and illustration.
• Guide clients through a distinctive co-creation journey, ensuring alignment with the brand’s values and storytelling during their in-store experience.
• Actively contribute to the sales process by leveraging strategic cross-selling and up-selling to achieve business objectives, supporting pre-sale and post-sale tasks such as inventory management and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Register customers accurately on the Golden App to enable targeted customer segmentation and profiling.
• Maintain the co-creation workspace in accordance with visual merchandising standards and ensure it remains welcoming and organized.
• Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and compliance with GDPR and health and safety regulations.
• Utilize digital platforms and tools effectively—such as Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, and Stealth—to improve customer engagement and optimize business workflows.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous and promote workplace diversity and inclusion.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service sectors is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time management skills.
• Artistic proficiency, including hand-drawing skills with markers, watercolor, acrylic paints, and basic embroidery and sewing capabilities.
• Empathy with excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the business and its clientele.
• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma, preferably with a background in design.
