Their goal is to assist clients in achieving strategic CCM objectives, enhancing communication value, lowering costs, and streamlining workflows for critical CCM processes.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SmartCOMM Developer to join us in Mohali, Punjab. This is a full-time, office-based position with shift timings from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The role requires substantial expertise in Smart Communications platform development and support for CCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain SmartCOMM templates and document generation systems.
- Customize and configure various customer communications such as invoices, statements, letters, and notices.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to comprehend requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct unit testing, resolve bugs, troubleshoot issues, and provide production environment support.
- Take part in deployment efforts to ensure seamless SmartCOMM solution roll-outs.
- Create detailed technical documentation and adhere to software development best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- 7 to 13 years of hands-on experience with SmartCOMM development.
- Proficiency in SmartCOMM Designer, SmartCOMM Interactive, and SmartCOMM Batch modules.
- Strong expertise in XML, XSLT, XPath, HTML, and CSS technologies.
- Solid background in Customer Communication Management and document composition.
- Good knowledge of REST API integrations and SQL/database management.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or similar fields.
- Experience in sectors like Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare is a plus.
Work Conditions
This is an office-based role located in Mohali, with work hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
