Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-focused Power BI Developer with 1 to 2 years of experience in data visualization and reporting. The individual will build interactive dashboards, transform datasets, and generate actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and analyze data, perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on diverse datasets to extract trends and support decision-making.
• Assist in machine learning by preparing data for model training, applying ML techniques such as prediction, classification, and natural language processing (NLP), and aiding in model evaluation and enhancement.
• Contribute to the development of agentic AI systems by data preparation, workflow design, integrating with large language models (LLMs) and AI frameworks, researching and testing AI agents to improve intelligence and adaptability.
• Explore and assess dashboards across tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau; develop interactive dashboards visualizing KPIs and metrics; compare BI tools to recommend suitable solutions; learn advanced visualizations and support reporting efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Any graduate or master's degree holder; associate degrees in IT or computer software will also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience in Power BI development and dashboard creation.
• Expertise in Power BI, dashboard and report development, data visualization, and DAX language.
