Job description
Overview
Al-Gurg Fosroc UAE is seeking a knowledgeable Site Support Technician specializing in construction chemicals to deliver onsite technical assistance and expertise in product application.
Primary Duties
- Perform on-site assessments and conduct product testing activities.
- Assist with product utilization and carry out demonstrations effectively.
- Offer expert technical advice to both customers and sales representatives.
- Ensure all operations adhere to Technical Data Sheets (TDS), method statements, and established safety protocols.
- Compile site reports and liaise with various technical departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a diploma in a relevant technical discipline.
- Have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in applying construction chemical products.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of construction materials and chemistry principles.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving competencies.
- Ready and willing to travel to various project locations.

The position is based in Jebel Ali, United Arab Emirates.
