Job Overview
Raj Fabricators is seeking experienced Site Supervisors and Civil Engineers to oversee petrol pump construction projects for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL). The role requires hands-on management of construction sites, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and labor activities.
- Coordinate workforce to ensure efficient material handling and task completion.
- Manage material procurement and inventory on site.
- Interpret and implement engineering drawings accurately.
- Maintain strict quality control and safety standards.
- Handle billing, measurement compliance, and documentation.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to project management.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Relevant practical experience acceptable for the Site Supervisor position.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience with civil or construction projects.
Compensation
Monthly remuneration ranges from INR 30,000 to INR 40,000, with final salary determined based on experience level.
