Role Overview
We are hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at active project locations. This role demands integrity, vigilance, and an energetic approach to managing site activities. Responsibilities include enforcing site discipline, recording daily labor attendance precisely, and securing valuable electrical resources like copper cables, distribution board boxes, and conduit pipes against theft or misuse. The supervisor will also conduct joint measurements with client site engineers each day, ensure signed worksheets for billing are collected, and coordinate material orders with headquarters several days in advance. While technical engineering knowledge is not mandatory, candidates must have strong practical acumen, basic mathematics ability, and the confidence to manage subcontractor teams. Accommodation near the site is provided, with a fixed monthly salary and daily food allowance.
Qualifications
- Experience in overseeing site workforce, allocating tasks, and tracking daily work completion.
- Skilled communication for liaising with clients, project managers, contractors, and internal personnel.
- Competence in maintaining accurate site documentation and reports, along with using fundamental project monitoring tools.
- Possession of technical credentials such as a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
Additional Information
- Salary: ₹20,000 per month.
- Daily food allowance: ₹250.
- Company provides basic free lodging near the work location.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate as the site changes with projects.
