Overview

We seek a diligent and well-organized Site Supervisor responsible for managing daily operations at construction sites. The role involves coordinating with workers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and monitor progress.
• Liaise effectively with workers, contractors, vendors, and management teams.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct routine site inspections to assess work advancement.
• Maintain comprehensive records including daily reports, attendance, and material usage.
• Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise onsite.
• Optimize usage of manpower and materials to improve efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding site status and any concerns.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in site supervision or a related domain; freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler vehicle and driving license is mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to travel across multiple project locations as required.
