Job description
Role Overview
We seek experienced Site HR Executives to join our team across multiple project locations throughout India. The role requires managing onsite HR functions efficiently and independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all site HR activities without supervision.
- Prepare and monitor shift schedules, track attendance, manage manpower deployment and maintain leave records.
- Guarantee full adherence to labor regulations and statutory obligations onsite.
- Organize and keep all mandatory HR and compliance documentation accurate and up-to-date.
