Construction / Site Supervisor

Job Location and Experience

Positions available at project sites across Mumbai and pan India. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years related experience.

Educational Qualifications

Preferred candidates hold ITI, Diploma, or Graduate qualifications in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Furniture.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site execution as well as installation tasks.
• Manage and coordinate the efforts of manpower, contractors, and installation crews.
• Ensure all work strictly adheres to approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise installation activities involving modular doors, furniture, shutters, kitchens, wardrobes, doors, partitions, and other interior works.
• Handle receipt, movement, and availability of materials on-site.
• Monitor workmanship quality, productivity levels, and maintain site safety standards.
• Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, vendors, and client representatives for smooth operations.
• Identify, report and address issues such as site delays, shortages, or execution challenges.
• Maintain daily progress logs and other pertinent site documentation.
• Ensure the site remains clean and organize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Support snagging, rectification, and ensure smooth final handover.

Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years experience in site supervision.
• Exposure to modular furniture installation, interior fit-out, or construction is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of site execution and installation processes.
• Ability to interpret basic drawings and take measurements accurately.
• Strong skills in coordinating manpower and contractors.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites as required.
