Site Engineer

Job Overview

The Site Engineer will be responsible for developing Bills of Materials (BOM) specifically for solar rooftop and ground-mounted installations. The role includes preparing detailed layouts and technical drawings of solar projects using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy of site measurements and modifying designs to fit actual conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and preparing detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) for solar power projects, including rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
• Creating and updating solar project layouts and technical schematics using AutoCAD software.
• Conducting thorough reviews of site measurements, revising and adjusting drawings to align with real on-site conditions.
• Collaborating with installation and broader project teams to maintain smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Compiling material requirements, cable sizing specifications, structural details, and other related technical documentation.
• Liaising regularly with suppliers, engineering teams, and clients to ensure project coherence and compliance.
• Guaranteeing all designs and drawings meet the specified project requirements and conform to company standards.
