Site Engineer - Construction Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking proactive, experienced, and safety-focused Construction Supervisors (Site Engineers) to join our residential, commercial, and industrial project sites in Bhopal and Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves daily supervision of construction activities, overseeing laborers and subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications while maintaining high-quality and safety standards, with the aim to complete projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction tasks on-site, managing workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work conforms to approved structural, architectural, and other blueprints and drawings.
• Maintain quality control, safety protocols, and site cleanliness.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, architects, clients, and other teams.
• Handle on-site challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Keep daily progress reports, material records, and attendance documentation.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and conduct toolbox talks regularly.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related technical qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience supervising construction sites (residential, commercial, or industrial projects).
• Strong understanding of civil construction processes, ability to read drawings/blueprints, and quality control techniques.
• Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Desirable knowledge of safety standards (PPE, hazard identification) and basic project management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must have own two-wheeler and valid driving license for site mobility.
• Ready for field-based work at project sites.

Additional Information

• Salary range: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (negotiable for the right candidate).
