Site Engineer

Role Overview

This position requires overseeing finishing work at construction sites with a focus on quality and execution. The candidate will ensure that all materials and processes meet strict standards and that documentation and client communication are maintained diligently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of quality control regarding base preparation, mix ratios, and defect-free finishes without shade variations, pinholes, or patch marks.
• Plan daily operations, allocate labor properly, and ensure sequential execution of tasks: base preparation, laying, curing, grinding, and polishing.
• Monitor and manage materials such as cement, epoxy, and marble powder to avoid waste and ensure correct usage.
• Submit mandatory daily reports with at least five photos each day by 8 PM via WhatsApp.
• Serve as a point of contact coordinating with the Projects and Sales teams while calmly managing the site environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience predominantly spent at construction sites (approximately 70%) rather than office-based.
• Familiarity with finishing processes including oxide, micro topping, concrete, and plaster work.
• Demonstrates discipline and ownership with a willingness to reside on site.
• Open to traveling as required by the role.
