Role Overview

This full-time position based in Birbhum focuses on the identification and assessment of potential telecom tower sites. The incumbent will perform site surveys, liaise with landowners, government officials, and other stakeholders to procure optimal locations for tower installations. Responsibilities include lease negotiation and documentation, compliance with applicable regulations, and overseeing site development activities aligned with corporate standards.

Key Duties

• Conduct site evaluations and surveys to identify suitable locations for telecom towers.
• Engage and coordinate with local landowners, authorities, and internal teams including RF planning, legal, and operations departments.
• Manage and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Support the development and readiness of acquired sites in accordance with company guidelines.
• Track progress and resolve local challenges to ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain clear and continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven ability in site acquisition and site development tasks, including stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse groups such as landowners and government officials.
• Experience handling lease negotiations and maintaining documentation compliant with legal standards.
• Basic knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) principles to align site choices with network planning.
• Relevant background in telecommunications infrastructure, real estate, or related sectors.
• Capability for local travel within Birbhum and its vicinity.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and adept problem-solving within project constraints.
• Preferred qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, real estate, or related disciplines.
