About the Role
Based in Auckland CBD, this full-time onsite position offers flexible working hours. The role is designed for someone who identifies opportunities others might miss, confidently initiates conversations, and meticulously follows through details. This position provides an excellent chance to develop expertise across property, planning, negotiation, and infrastructure domains.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on locations, evaluate properties, and pinpoint potential infrastructure opportunities.
- Engage proactively with landowners, developers, clients, and specialist advisers to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Assist in property negotiations, navigating approvals processes, and preparing essential project documentation.
- Coordinate various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely progression of projects.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate may come from backgrounds such as commercial property, planning, law, telecommunications, infrastructure, or project coordination. While relevant experience is valued, a proactive and inquisitive approach is equally important.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant work or project experience.
- Exhibit confidence in initiating dialogue, persistence in follow-ups, and willingness to voice concerns when inconsistencies arise.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness, strong organizational skills, and commitment to see tasks through to completion.
- Communicate clearly and show aptitude for learning across multiple disciplines.
Experience in telecommunications, utilities, or commercial property sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
