Shuttering Carpenter

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Shuttering Carpenter to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, assembling, installing, and dismantling formwork for various structural elements such as columns, beams, slabs, walls, and foundations, ensuring safety and precision throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble, and dismantle shuttering/formwork structures accurately for construction projects.
• Work with formwork for diverse components including columns, beams, slabs, walls, and foundations.
• Ensure correct alignment, leveling, and measurements as well as structural stability of formwork installations.
• Interpret basic construction drawings and measurements to guide formwork installation.
• Inspect shuttering setups prior to concrete pouring and make necessary adjustments.
• Carefully remove formwork once concrete has set to maintain structural integrity.
• Operate and upkeep carpentry tools and related equipment efficiently.
• Adhere to safety protocols on construction sites and follow instructions provided by supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and secure working environment during all work phases.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years experience working as a Shuttering or Formwork Carpenter.
• Proficient knowledge of shuttering and formwork construction methods.
• Able to comprehend basic construction drawings and measurements.
• Skilled in the usage of carpentry tools.
• Physically capable and comfortable working in construction site conditions.

Additional Information

A walk-in interview will be conducted on 30th October in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from 25000 to 45000 INR.
