Overview
New Line, a growing company based in Galway City, is seeking a customer-oriented and motivated Showroom Salesperson to join their team at the Galway City showroom. This full-time, permanent role operates on a Monday to Saturday roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and deliver professional, friendly service
- Assist customers in selecting tiles, bathroom products, and flooring solutions for their projects
- Prepare quotes and manage customer orders efficiently
- Follow up on customer inquiries and collaborate with the wider sales team
- Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring it remains inviting and well-organized
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in sales and customer service roles
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident, approachable, and professional communication style
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers through clear communication
- Experience in preparing quotations or order processing is beneficial
