About the Role
Laptech Solutions Private Limited is searching for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executives to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra. The role involves assisting customers with their needs related to laptops, mobiles, and consumer electronics, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This position welcomes freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers to understand their product requirements
- Actively promote and sell laptops, mobiles, and consumer electronics products
- Provide detailed demonstrations explaining product features and benefits
- Offer tailored product suggestions according to customer preferences and budget
- Meet individual and overall showroom sales targets
- Address customer questions and deliver exemplary service
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is well-presented
- Assist with billing, inventory coordination, and preparing sales reports
- Establish strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education: completion of 12th grade
- Basic proficiency in English language
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Knowledge of retail store operations and showroom sales processes
- Experience or understanding of electronics sales including laptops and mobiles preferred but freshers are welcome
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 (fixed)
